WHITE LISTING INSTRUCTIONS
How to white list in Yahoo Mail
(updated for 2024)
To help keep our important emails out of your Yahoo email spam folder, you can add our email address to your Yahoo Contacts (step 1). If by mistake one of our mail it is already in your spam folder, you can use an option to train the Yahoo spam filter to not send those messages to your spam folder (step 2). If you’re still not receiving emails from us, you may want to check your Yahoo email blocked sender list (step 3).
1. ADD OUR EMAIL TO YOUR YAHOO CONTACTS:
When you add our email hello@fransfrancis.com to your contacts, it tells Yahoo you want to receive emails from us. This method does not guarantee that our emails won’t be sent to spam, but it’s a start. Make sure you follow all the steps ;)
1. From Yahoo Mail, select the Contacts icon
2. Select Add a new contact
3. Enter "Frans Francis" in the Name field and "hello@fransfrancis.com" in the email field.
4. Select Save
2. UNMARK EMAIL AS SPAM
If by mistake one email from our address hello@fransfrancis.com was sent to your Spam folder, it is very important you follow the steps below to remove it from Spam and send a signal to Yahoo that you want to receive our emails in your inbox in the future.
From a mobile browser
1. Go to Yahoo Mail in your mobile device’s web browser.
2. Tap the Sidebar menu icon
3. Tap the Spam folder
4. Select the desired email from the sender
5. Tap the Move icon
6. Tap Inbox
From a computer
1. Go to Yahoo Mail on your computer’s web browser
2. Select the Spam folder
If you don’t see the “Spam” folder, select More below the “Sent” folder.
3. Open the desired email from the sender
4. Select Not Spam at the top of the page
The email will return to your Inbox.
3. UNBLOCK OUR EMAIL ADDRESS
If you are still not getting our email please check that our address has not been blocked by mistake.
1. Select the Settings icon
2. Select More Settings
3. Select Security and Privacy
4. Hover over from our email address hello@fransfrancis.com then select the Delete icon
